Saturday at the Wallila beach sauna on the shores of Lake Suojärvi, traditional cupping and general sauna sessions are available. The sauna is located in the beautiful historic area of the old Central Finland folk high school on the shores of the beautiful Lake Suojärvi. This tradition has remained a vital form of treatment in Finland and the skill of cupping has been passed down from generation to generation due to the strong sauna culture. Marika Ryhänen, a member of the Finnish Cupping and Sauna Therapists' Association, offers professional cupping treatment where the client is comprehensively considered. Marika carefully assesses the needs of each client before the treatment by phone, and the client has a small pampering moment right after the treatment.
