In autumn 2026, it will have been exactly 60 years since Jimi Hendrix rose to world fame and permanently changed the direction of rock music. To celebrate this milestone, the Finnish Room Full of Hendrix is embarking on an extensive 60 Years of Jimi Hendrix tour, which begins on 24.9. in Kitee and ends on 13.11. in Vantaa. In early 2026, Room Full of Hendrix completed their first Finnish tour and succeeded in captivating concert audiences with largely sold-out shows in, among others, Helsinki, Tampere and Porvoo. The audience feedback from every band performance was abundantly enthusiastic. What is special is that every Room Full of Hendrix concert is different, as the setlist changes from show to show and includes plenty of improvisation in the spirit of Hendrix. The autumn tour offers audiences a dive into Jimi Hendrix's electric world – from psychedelic blues to explosive rock energy. The program features classics such as Purple Haze, Voodoo Child and Hey Joe, but also rarer gems from Hendrix's short yet influential career.
