Women's peat sauna evenings

We will sauna in the world's largest smoke sauna and have a guided peat treatment done for ourselves.

Guided peat bathing is a pleasant way to relax. Natural peat contains minerals and humic acids that have health-promoting effects. Peat treats skin and hair, cleanses the entire body, relaxes muscles, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress. The price 30€ includes an evening snack after the sauna. Sign up: myynti@tupaswilla.fi. You cannot come to the peat sauna without approved advance registration! We stagger start times to avoid congestion between 4:30 PM–6 PM. Peat bathing is paid on arrival in cash or by bank card. Peat treatment for the whole body is not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or seriously ill. Please confirm with your doctor if you are unsure about the suitability of peat treatment. As a face mask only, peat treatment is suitable for almost everyone. You need to bring a towel, a water bottle and, if you wish, shoes for the pier. Swimming is possible every sauna evening year-round in the mineral-rich Vinninlampi lake. Do not go alone into deep water; swimming is safer with company. Please ensure good hydration during the day before peat sauna. Please be considerate of other sauna-goers with cleanliness and silence - let everyone have sauna peace every time, thank you! On the café in Perinnetupa you can chat freely after the sauna. Note: Monday 9.11. is a silent sauna evening. Please no talking in the sauna and washing areas at that time. Quiet music plays in the sauna, the atmosphere is meditative.
