Peat treats the skin and cleanses the whole body. A stress-relieving peat bath relaxes the muscles. If you wish, you can swim in a nearby pond. Guided peat bathing is a nice way to relax! You will need to bring a towel, water bottle and footwear for the dock. Remember to drink plenty of water before the peat sauna, water is also drunk throughout the sauna.
