Welcome to enjoy the wood-heated sauna at Juurikkasaari, in the beautiful scenery of Lake Päijänne! Between sauna sessions, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake. Our award-winning lakeside terrace and grill serve up delicious food and refreshing drinks. The beach sauna facilities are freely available during your sauna session. They include: WC (with hairdryer) 2 showers (with shampoo & conditioner) Dressing room and a spacious sauna cabinet for changing clothes Sauna seat covers The sauna is located right by the shore, so you can take a dip in Lake Päijänne either from the new illuminated pier (with ladder) or via the child-friendly, sandy beach. The sauna session is mixed-gender, so please wear a swimsuit. You can also rent a towel from us for your sauna session for €5. Warmly welcome to sauna, swim, and refresh yourself, even with the whole family!
